The authorities of staff have estimated the losses caused by the company, at billion dollars.

The court has sentenced Johnson & Johnson to a penalty in 158 million dollars. But the corporation can still challenge the punishment.

Recently Johnson & Johnson has been compelled to pay more than 300 million dollars to the authorities of South Carolina and 258 million to Louisiana for a similar crime. Now there are trials on the same business in one office of Medicaid.
