The chief health officer of Russia Gennady Onishchenko has again warned citizens against visit of meetings in connection with health hazard, reports Interfax.
Onishchenko warns that on the future Saturday the forecast promises-18 degrees, and is impractical putting-on inhabitants of the capital risk seriously to freeze. The head of the Russian Agency for Health and Consumer Rights considers that Muscovites have got used to put on with calculation quickly to reach from an entrance the car or to the underground and consequently for long meeting they have even no suitable clothes. Therefore the health officer "categorically" does not advise to citizens to go out of doors with a protest.
According to his statement meeting is especially dangerous to health of youth which are always inclined to put on rather fashionably, rather than warmly, and also for elderly people who put on on a season, but possess lower immunity.
Onishchenko strictly did not recommend to citizens «to be heated by alcohol» on a frost as this method does not work, and causes only subjective feeling of heat, why frostbite can come even easier. Besides, he has noted that hot drink from thermoses also not спасёт, and can even do much harm.
The health officer has asked people to take care of the health and to remain on Saturday of the house, and destiny of the state to affect otherwise.
Meeting «For honest elections» will begin on Saturday February 4 at the underground October at 12 o'clock in the afternoon.
